Within the Mirepa platform, Mirepa Investment Advisors Ltd serves as the regulated capital and fund management entity, providing the institutional and fiduciary backbone for capital deployment across the ecosystem.
MIA is responsible for:
Investment management and execution through regulated fund structures
Fund and capital administration for multi-year programs and initiatives
Financial governance, controls, and compliance associated with managed funds
This role allows the platform to clearly separate regulated fund management and capital stewardship, delivered by MIA, from enterprise support, advisory, and program delivery, which are executed by other platform entities.
Through this structure, partners and institutions are able to engage with the Mirepa platform through a professionally governed and regulated entity for the management of investment and programmatic funds, while benefiting from integrated execution and enterprise support across the wider platform.
