Step 3: A member of our team will reach out to you if the deal advances pass the Preliminary Screening phase to conduct virtual meeting(s) to assess prospective company potential against the MVCAIF’s initial requirements.

This includes revenue, EBITDA, Gross Profit Margin, and more, for both historical performance and future projections. Having this information at hand will enable you to complete the form accurately and efficiently, providing us with the data we need to better understand your business. Your attention to detail and preparedness will greatly assist in our evaluation process.
